Lamb Weston is seeking a Sr Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead corporate development and capital allocation at a $6+ billion global public company. You will act as CFO/CEO advisor on acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, shaping strategy and driving value creation.
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll interact with the Executive Chairman, CEO, and Board, building transaction theses, guiding due diligence, and overseeing integration to maximize strategic outcomes across global markets.
