- Provide support for Turbo Tax product usage, including issue resolution and step‑by‑step guidance.
- Build local client relationships through community outreach and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of tax preparation concepts and filing requirements.
- Ability to interpret client tax situations and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused service.
- Comfort using tax software and providing technical product support.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
