Description
This position is aimed to assist the program in providing services to families through linkage to community services and resources. The Family Enhancement Worker provides supportive intervention services to families through the CWS Referral Program to reduce risk and strengthen family functioning.
Skills- Experience providing services to individuals, children, and their families.
- Willingness to work with culturally diverse populations.
- Knowledge of allocated demographic community resources available to service individuals, children, and families.
- Familiar with infant, child, and adolescent development, including trauma, mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence.
- Experience serving multi-stressed families.
- Openness to reflective practice and capacity for introspection.
$19.00 per hour
