The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Clinical Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis, at least two years of relevant clinical experience, and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Responsibilities include ensuring program effectiveness and responding to behavioral crises while collaborating across teams.
