and Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and enhance ERP modules, workflows, and custom solutions to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Apply advisory recommendations for system optimization, including configuration adjustments and performance improvements.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations with third‑party applications, ensuring accurate data flow and resolving mapping or configuration issues.
- Create and maintain advanced searches, reports, dashboards, and automated processes to support operational needs.
- Develop robust reporting and analytics using native ERP tools and enterprise BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Domo), ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
