Production Supervisor

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to fill an exciting opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Supervisor with USDA experience and a passion for operational excellence.

• Lead a team of 10–12 production staff in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Supervise daily operations on the production floor to ensure optimal performance, safety, and product quality.
• Maintain strict adherence to USDA and FDA regulations and build strong relationships with inspectors to drive audit performance.
• Foster a positive, high‑mora culture, coach and mentor staff, conduct safety trainings, and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee equipment and facility maintenance, execute production schedules, and manage inventory control.
• Minimize waste, maximize yield, and report on plant costs with a focus on efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing production leadership.
• Proven track record working in USDA‑regulated environments.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• HACCP and/or PCQI certification preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities; attention to detail and commitment to food safety.

$80,000 – $90,000

• 1 week of vacation.
