Looking for a dependable, full-time manufacturing job with great benefits? United Gasket is hiring a
** Production Machine Operator
** for our second shift!
We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products. Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but we're also interested in candidates with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.### What You'll Do
* Operate industrial laminating equipment used to combine foam, rubber, plastic, fabric, and other materials.
* Load, position, and feed materials through production machinery.
* Monitor machines and make adjustments within your training to maintain quality production.
* Inspect finished materials for accuracy, appearance, and defects.
* Follow work orders and production instructions.
* Record production quantities and report equipment or quality concerns.
* Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
* Learn additional equipment and production processes as needed.### What We're Looking For
* Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
* Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
* Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
* Basic math and measuring skills.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
