Certified Nursing Assistant

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Landmark of Cicero, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our interdisciplinary team, providing assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and overall care and comfort.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Under the supervision of licensed nurses, administer vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, including incontinent care and wound management
• Assist with feeding, drinking, and feeding tubes as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including assisting with transfers, ambulating, and mobility exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Report changes in resident condition or concerns to licensed nurses

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois
• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal education in nursing or related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, and transfer patients as needed
