This Quality Assurance Reviewer position with the Illinois Department of Human Services performs comprehensive reviews of case records and call recordings for State and Federal Assistance programs, particularly SNAP, to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Keyqualifications:

- Two years of professional experience in casework or related area
