Overview
Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr
The merchandising & stocking associate helps members find products on shelves and in backrooms, supports unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and assisting members. The role can be physically demanding and fast-paced, with responsibilities that include moving inventory and maintaining a neat, member-ready store environment. The position is part of a team focused on making members’ shopping experiences easier and more enjoyable.
Responsibilities- Promptly unload trucks and assist with stock placement and backroom organization
- Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom; maintain clean, neat, and member-ready areas
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
- Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
- Ensure club pick-up orders are filled and staged according to policy
- Monitor stock quality, proper product rotation, and correct signage and pricing per policy
- Support safety and cleanliness standards in the facility and on the sales floor
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, guiding self-service technology use, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid for specific circumstances. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage by location.
