Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T0732)  Starting Hourly Rate is $17.50 USD per hour;
Pay Range is $17.50 - $26.25 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs as you complete daily tasks.
• Assist guests and help solve their specific needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and display promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified; change prices, set up merchandise, and maintain inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn operational procedures affecting inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Stay knowledgeable about store resources and services to resolve issues and improve guest experiences.
• Maintain ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (order picking/packing, delivery/pickup) while complying with applicable laws (including adult beverage laws).
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Flexible schedule with varying hours, days, shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
• Rolesskill prerequisites: welcoming attitude, good communication across devices, ability to work independently and in a team, quick problem solving, attention to detail, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle cash operations; ability to climb ladders; able to lift up to 44 pounds; adaptable to varying temperatures and elements; ability to remain mobile during shifts.
