Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr – $30.00/hr

Hourly wage: $17 – $30 per hour.

• Hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
