On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0732) – role  Starting Hourly Rate is $17.50 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour.

Note:

This is an On-Demand role where work hours vary based on store needs and shift availability.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve needs, staying knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store.
• Assist with order pick up (OPU), Drive Up, and Registry services; expedite guest service while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait times while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty benefits and various services; direct guests to enroll, activate, or use them.
• Explain wallet features and other Target App offerings to guests.
• Handle returns in line with policies and consult leadership when needed to resolve issues.
• De-escalate situations with leadership support to recover the guest shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; report hazards and take corrective action when possible.
• Support cash office processes and other duties as required; comply with relevant laws (including adult beverage regulations where applicable).

• Accurate cash handling and capability to support cash office operations as needed.
• Physical capability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally; flexible to meet store needs.
