• Build and run your own territory plan in an established market
• Educate and support contractors across Chicagoland so they choose Techo-Bloc for their projects
• Build relationships that turn contractor demand into business for our dealer partners
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, and product training so our brand shows well at every stop
• Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the local competitive landscape
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, dealer events, and industry gatherings throughout the region

• A growth-minded sales professional who wants to accelerate an already-established territory with real scale and upside
• Experience in hardscape, building materials, or dealer-network sales (or comparable B2B field sales experience)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills suited to a fast-paced, competitive metro market
• Comfort with a structured, data-informed sales process
• A valid driver's license and the drive to be in the field, not behind a desk
