What You’ll Bring:

• A valid state license in social work; school designation strongly preferred
• Prior experience with school-aged children or adolescents
• Expertise in social-emotional evaluations and development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Skill in detailed, unbiased assessment and clear documentation
• Flexibility for on-call, as-needed (PRN) assignments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Your

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct approximately 35-40 social work evaluations over the academic year, starting as soon as possible
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify student needs and tailor interventions
• Provide actionable recommendations in the creation and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
• Ensure thorough record-keeping and prepare evaluation reports in a timely manner
• Serve as a consultative partner for faculty, staff, and families to help achieve optimal student outcomes
• Stay current on best practices in school social work and contribute to a supportive school community
