Purchasing Senior Admin WFO

Overview

Responsible for supporting the procurement function and ensuring the efficient management of purchasing and inventory processes.

• Play a crucial role in driving the success of manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and procure required materials and supplies.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and quality, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the purchasing process and drive cost savings.
• Provide regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchases, invoices, and inventory.

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of chemical materials, services, products, and the commodity market in the area of expertise.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of procurement software (ERP Systems) and tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility and the ability to work well in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field would be an advantage.
• Able to work in Cikarang Selatan.
