Finance Account Receivable Supervisor (English Speaker)

Location:

Cikarang, West Java,

• Support company budgeting and monthly financial forecasting
• Project performance analysis and monthly/quarterly financial analysis report
• Management report and yearly closing; in charge of external auditing preparation and assistance
• AR and AP control, AR analysis and rolling forecasting; suggest solutions and follow up to reduce overdue and control AR outstanding risk
• Cooperate with tax supervisor to support tax requirements
• Inventory stock report check and control
• Company financial SOP improvement and internal management regulation compiling
• Other work and tasks appointed by the direct superior or head of financial Department or Director

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, Tax or Finance
• 5 years or above relevant experience, at least 3 years or above equivalent position experience (someone who worked in telecommunication industry or in international company or in construction company shall be preferred)
• Experience of working in big 4 is preferred
• Special/proven experience in AR control
• Ability to adapt to complex and constantly changing, fast paced, highly demanding internal and external environments is a must for performing this job successfully
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with tax officials, external advisors and other departments
• Proficient in Business English in both writing and speaking, while Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly good at Excel and Power point
