Relationship Manager Funding (Cikarang Branch)

Perform sales activities to ensure business growth and achieve set targets, including cross-selling with low COF funding, increasing Fee-Based Income, nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and acquiring new customers.

Capable and disciplined in implementing customer development focused on increasing transaction volume including increasing placement of funds at Bank JTrust Indonesia

Consistently monitor business movements in the market and provide management with reports on potential business opportunities to explore, aiming to enhance the business and profitability of Bank J Trust Indonesia.

Take responsibility for achieving targets in third-party funds (Funding), NOA, NEW CIF, and Payroll.

Execute the business achievement process in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Candidate should possess minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Business, Management, Economics/Banking, or equivalent

Experienced at least 2 year(s) in the same position from Banking Industry

Have knowledge in Banking Products & Services, and Banking Regulations

Good communication and persuasion skill

Have wide customer database and strong relationship with potential customers

Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and targets

Strong integrity and punctual person

Able to work together in a team or individually

Willing to be placed in Cikarang Branch
