Overview
Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company and is looking for a Japanese Speaker HRGA Assistant Manager ~ Manager.
Job Responsibilities- Systematize employee training and development programs (in-house training, group company programs, external training, and training at the Japan headquarters).
- Strengthen in-house training and establish a process to nominate high-potential employees for assignment to the Japan headquarters as future management candidates.
- Clarify the job descriptions (JDs) required for each department and assess employee skill levels accordingly.
- Coordinate and negotiate with the labor union.
- Other related tasks also assigned.
- Conversational Japanese (above JLPT N3 level)
- Have working experience as an HRGA handling employee training and development programs
- Working experience in a Japanese company (manufacturing)
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is an advantage
