HR ER & Training Development Asst. Manager - Manufacture - Cikarang (C-128024)

Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HR Employee Relations and Training & Development Assistant Manager
.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review, communicate, and implement newly established HRIS roles and system updates.
  • Manage and oversee daily and monthly activities related to Performance Management System and People Development initiatives.
  • Enhance and align company roles and HR policies with business processes and the regional strategic roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance with company role structures and corporate policies across the organization.
  • Represent and act as the main PIC for company in internal committees and forums (EE, DEI, Bipartite, etc).
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs and other training and development activities.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the QMS.
  • Support additional Employee Relations and Training & Development initiatives, including improving internal communication platforms such as the employee communication board.
Job Requirements
  • Active business level of English.
  • More than 4 years of experience in HR at a supervisory level, with a focus on Employee Relations (ER) and Training & Development (T&D).
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations, corporate compliance, and HR policies.
  • Experience in handling labor union.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
