ER & TD Assistant Manager Manufacture WFO

Responsibilities

• Review, socialize, and implement new HRIS roles
• Handle PMS and People Development daily and monthly activities
• Improve new roles and policies to ensure alignment with company business processes and regional roadmap
• Implement compliance related to Company Roles and other corporate policies
• Serve as company representative in committees (e.g., EE, DEI, Bipartite, etc.)
• Facilitate onboarding and other training development activities
• Maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with QMS
• Perform other ER & TD related activities, including enhancing the employee communication board

• Minimum 4 years of experience at Supervisor level, preferably in HR, Employee Relations, or Training & Development
• Proactive and hands-on team player with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to cross-functional projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities
