HR IR Legal Supervisor - Manufacturing - Cikarang (C-128179)
Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for a HR IR Legal Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange PKB between management and labor union
- Maintain compliance and labour law
- Create report and presentation for updated situation of union labor to head section
- Maintain good relationship with union labor
- Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Job Requirements:
- Active high conversational level of English
- More than 2 years of working experience as HR Supervisor, preferably Assistant Manager level in the manufacturing industry
- Hold an HR BNSP Certification
- Direct experience in IR and handling PKB
- Firm and able to work under pressure
