Our client is a Japanese Machinery (Newly Established) company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Assistant Manager.

• Recruitment and onboarding/offboarding
• Attendance, payroll, and labor/social insurance management
• HR systems design, performance evaluation, and training
• Development and maintenance of work rules and internal policies
• Office, equipment, and asset management
• Contract and document administration
• Compliance and workplace health & safety management
• Other related tasks as assigned

• Has more than 7 years working experience as HRGA position in rental service, manufacture or other
• High conversational level in English (Japanese speaker is a plus)
• Stable career
