LG Electronics Indonesia Research & Development Center is seeking an HR professional to oversee monthly Labor Cost, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and maintain communication with Employees Representatives. The role will create and implement HR process improvements and automation, including dashboards and analytics.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Management, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent is required, with at least 1 year in HR/manufacturing;
