- Hadir setiap hari di developer kelolaan
- Melakukan penjualan KPR/KPA di Developer kelolaan
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan Sales Developer/Agent property sebagai sumber aplikasi
- Melakukan collect data pengajuan kredit.
- Menyerahkan berkas aplikasi yang sudah lengkap ke unit processing setelah mendapat persetujuan atasan.
- Memantau hasil analisa aplikasi untuk dapat diinformasikan kepada calon debitur/sales developer/agent property
