Responsibilities
Drive cross-selling initiatives across multiple Sparks Education programs.
Engage with parents through both offline and online channels to drive student enrollment across multiple Sparks programs.
Convert trial participants and existing students into paid enrollments through effective consultation and structured follow-up.
Manage end-to-end sales pipeline and ensuring strong conversion at each stage.
Perform consistent and proactive follow-up with parents (calls, Whats App, in-person) to maximize conversion.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications- Service mindset:
Treating each customer the way you want to be treated. - Sales ability:
Delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals.
1–3 years of experience in sales roles (e.g., Customer Success, Account Manager, Education Consultant, Membership Sales, Hospitality, or Marketing with sales exposure).
Proven experience in B2C sales with targets (Experience in education industry is a plus).
Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in engaging with parents.
Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Persistent and resourceful in achieving sales goals.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to probe and understand customer needs, and translate them into relevant solutions.
