Product Sales Manager – Mill Fiber (MFB)

We are seeking a candidate who is ready to promote and sell our products and services while providing technical sales support.

• Promote and sell the organization’s products and services.
• Provide technical sales support.
• Work independently to complete assignments, promoting and selling products and services.
• Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels.
• Create technical quotations, negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
• Assess customer needs and suggest solutions with appropriate products and services.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that generate future sales and repeat business.
• Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity information to appropriate contacts within the organization.

• Graduate from a well-known technical university.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the pulp & paper industry, especially in the fiber line or similar areas.
• Negotiation skills and ability to identify prospective customers.
• Understanding of commercial terms (Incoterms).
• Proficiency in SAP, BAAN, CRM or other commercial systems.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a challenging work environment.
