Sales Business Development Supervisor

Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Business Development Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the sales/business development team
- Manage client acquisition and maintain client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research
- Prepare and customize proposals, and support negotiation processes
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with related departments to support business objectives
- Other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- High-conversational level of English
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development from manufacturing and export industries
- Proven experience in team management, client acquisition, and proposal development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of manufacturing and export business processes
