Machinery Mechanic Technician

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMK in Electrical Installation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician
• Skilled in preventive and corrective maintenance of electric motors, inverters, sensors, relays, contractors, electrical panels, cable installation, motor panels, and control systems
• Experienced in using hand tools and power tools
• Able to read technical drawings and wiring diagram
• Knowledge of air conditioning (AC) systems is an advantage
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Discipline, responsible, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills (English is a plus)
• Willing to work in a shift system
• Willing to be placed in Jababeka, Cikarang

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly machine inspections based on forms and checklists
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule
• Perform corrective maintenance when required
• Monitor and ensure machines operate normally
• Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, and inspection findings
• Control spare part availability
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain workplace safety standards
