Accounting Manager | Laid Back Culture

LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted small public accounting firm on the northside of Cincy looking for an Accounting Manager. This is not your typical insane busy season accounting firm. This group boasts their laid back atmosphere, capped busy season hours (50) and minimal open hours, listed below. This role is open due to growth and will grow to gain direct reports that are established in the company and could lead to equity in the future.

The ideal candidate has longevity and history of some promotion at a single public accounting firm and a CPA in OH; open to CAS, audit, or tax.

• Review and sign off on work of staff
• Create monthly reports on work papers
• Maintain and build relationships for set of clients
• Assist with escalated bookkeeping issues
• Assist in annual taxes (will train)
• Implement new services for clients as needed

• Bachelors in Accounting
• 5+ years progressive public accounting experience
• CPA required
• GAAP knowledge
• 401(k) with company match
• Potential annual discretionary bonus
• Great ability for growth
• Relaxed hours – 9-5 Mon-TR, then 9-12:00pm Fridays, throughout all seasons
