As the Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in the month‑end close, financial reporting, and supporting multiple business units across the organization. Core responsibilities include:

• Posting month‑end journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts
• Supporting multi‑location month‑end close and consolidation
• Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements
• Creating and documenting accounting procedures to ensure accurate, timely reporting
• Partnering with business units and functional teams on performance reporting
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting
• Identifying and interpreting financial data to support decision‑making
• Participating in special projects and ad‑hoc analysis
• Helping drive process improvements and automation initiatives

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting
• Multi‑location or multi‑unit accounting experience a plus
• A process‑improvement mindset with strong documentation skills
• Effective communication skills across all levels of the business
• Systems‑savvy, with an interest in automation and efficiency
