The Assistant Controller will collaborate directly with the CFO, oversee transactional accounting, develop costing models, enhance inventory accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and help build scalable processes and reliable financial analysis/insights for a rapidly expanding organization. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required; CPA preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or public accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or product‑based environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and the month‑end close process
• Prior experience supervising accounting staff
• Cost accounting, inventory analysis and related experience helpful
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with ERP or accounting systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage and protect confidential financial information

• Experience with cost accounting or inventory accounting
• Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or retail operations
