- Perform weekly check run
- Maintain ACH file and initiate payments
- Work with management and vendors with inquiries
- Update and maintain vendor database
- Maintain files
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent accounting experience
- 1+ year in accounting
- Strong work ethic and detail oriented
- Problem solving and organizational skills
