Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk
This position is responsible for preparing and processing client billing in accordance with established guidelines and client requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service while thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion is essential, along with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and organizational matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare client invoices in accordance with client‑specific billing requirements, including formatting, coding, billing narratives, and submission deadlines.
- Generate draft invoices for attorney review, incorporate revisions, and finalize invoices in compliance with client billing guidelines.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to billing standards and procedures.
- Research and respond to billing‑related inquiries from attorneys and clients, resolve discrepancies, and maintain documentation of resolutions.
- Assist with the electronic submission of invoices through E‑Billing Hub (EBH) software.
- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation within the organization’s billing system.
- Support additional projects and perform other accounting‑related responsibilities as assigned.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
