AP Specialist
$60-$70k On-Site | Cincinnati, OH
OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist to serve as the primary owner of the accounts payable function. This AP Specialist will “drive the bus,” managing the full AP cycle in a project-based environment.
Responsibilities- Set up vendors and verify required documentation
- Process invoices, vouchers, and payments for operating and project expenses
- Code transactions to the general ledger
- Manage credit card charges and payments
- Upload ACH and positive pay files to portals
- Prepare checks for distribution
- Assist with 1099 preparation
- Experience in a project-based accounting atmosphere
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as the lead AP Specialist
