Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Staff Accountant to join a growing organization. This role offers strong exposure across the full accounting cycle and the opportunity to serve as a key partner to finance leadership. You’ll play a hands‑on role in day-to-day operations while helping improve processes and scalability within the accounting function.

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable operations
• Assist with monthly close activities
  , reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Review ledger activity for accuracy and investigate discrepancies
• Manage daily cash activity
  , including deposits and tracking
• Support bank reconciliations and account analysis
• Assist in maintaining fixed asset schedules and depreciation tracking
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles
  , including AP and AR
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels
• Self-starter with a process improvement mindset and desire to take on new challenges
