Office Manager

$24 $ 28/hour

Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager with strong Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience to support daily business operations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a stable schedule and the chance to grow within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and track payments
  • Handle collections, billing discrepancies, and vendor communications
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting needs
  • Coordinate office administrative functions including supplies, scheduling, and documentation
  • Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist with payroll support and general HR-related administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
  • Hands‑on experience with AR/AP processes, billing, and reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
Preferred:
  • Experience working in small to mid‑sized business environments
  • Exposure to payroll or HR administrative functions
