Full Time, Irvine, CA, US

Salary Range: $29.80 to $42.79 hourly

• Prepare individual income tax returns and related work papers; progressively expand to partnerships, corporations, trusts, foundations, and gift returns.
• Assist in preparing responses to tax notices, and gain exposure to audits.
• Participate in tax planning and research.
• Collaborate with wealth managers and clients to gather, track, and preserve data needed for tax preparation and planning.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects.

• Solid foundation in individual taxation from coursework; eagerness to learn entity tax.
• Familiarity with professional tax software/workpaper systems (training provided).
• Interest in wealth management and high net worth client service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset; professionalism in client service.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent with accounting coursework).
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in tax or public accounting.
• CPA eligibility or sections passed;
  Master’s in Taxation or MBT preferred.

Primarily sedentary work in an office with minimal distractions; walking throughout the office. Occasional lifting up to ten pounds. Repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers for computer keyboard operation. Use of near visual acuity to prepare documents, operate a computer, and read. Speak and hear to communicate with team members and clients by phone and in‑person.
