Cincinnati, OH 45241 | Fully Onsite | $40,000 - $41,000/year (DOE)
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist looking to join a stable, team-oriented organization? We're seeking a detail-driven professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accurate financial processing.
What You'll Do- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare weekly check and ACH payment runs
- Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support the accounting team with additional accounting projects as needed
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Salary: $45,760–$52,000 annually, depending on experience
