Lead Senior Accountant

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Review complex journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
• Support technical accounting, audits, and internal controls
• Mentor and develop Staff and Senior Accountants
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Tax, and other business leaders

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)
• Public accounting experience is a plus
• Leadership or mentoring experience is highly desired
