Finance & Accounting Manager

This highly visible role combines financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and team leadership, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on company performance and strategic growth.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling projection processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to operational leaders
• Analyze business performance, trends, and key financial drivers
• Prepare executive‑level reporting and presentations
• Support month‑end close activities and financial planning initiatives
• Mentor and develop analysts while helping drive team performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong business partnering and communication skills
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with both financial and operational leaders
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, project‑based, or multi‑site environments is a plus
