Accounting Associate

Magnum Piering in Cincinnati, OH is seeking to hire a full-time Accounting Associate who will work closely with our CFO in our West Chester, Ohio office.

• Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Assist CFO in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year‑end assignments
• Respond to A/P inquiries from vendors
• Reconcile bank accounts, including posting and tracking receivables
• Journal entries
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company standards and accounting principles
• Phone backup
• Collaborate on other projects as needed or assigned
• Other administrative duties may be assigned

• 5+ years of Accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
