Office Manager Trainee – Quick Books Required
Pay: Starting at $65,000+ per year, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time
We are a growing specialty contractor seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated professional to join our team as an Office Manager Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proficient in Quick Books and is looking to build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping in Quick Books
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and field personnel
- Assist with scheduling and daily office operations
- Maintain organized job files and office records
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Construction office experience is a plus, but not required
- Starting salary of $65,00 + depending on experience
