Accounting Specialist II – Hamilton County ESC
Position:
Accounting Specialist II in the Treasurer’s Office. Primary focus will be payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, reconciling payroll data, researching and resolving discrepancies, and supporting payroll reporting and compliance requirements.
Location:
Cincinnati, Ohio. Part‑time, school‑year position working at least 3 days a week.
- Assist with payroll processing including data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Support payroll reporting and submission requirements.
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
