Senior Accountant – Treasury Reporting

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly and quarterly journal entries and support critical accounting functions
• Manage fixed asset accounting processes, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and transfers
• Review and approve capital expenditure requests for proper classification
• Execute month‑end close activities for fixed assets
• Take on essential role in implementing a new invoicing process
• Review and approve payment requests in Workday
• Maintain and reconcile cash accounts
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis to support management decision‑making
• Support internal control improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Completion of or continuing progress toward a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
• Insurance accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Workday desired
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office suite products
• Experience successfully evaluating and adopting AI solutions to enhance productivity, strengthen controls, and support data‑driven decision‑making preferred
