- Supports Finance with the preparation and filing of various SEC filings
- Assists Finance with the administration and maintenance of the Company’s lease accounting software
- Supports the Vice President of Accounting with the integrity of recorded transactions and the reported financial results of the company to ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles（"GAAP"）
- Responsible for the preparation of account reconciliations of the various general ledger accounts
- Assists with special projects and initiative
- Responsible for, supports and coordinates various month-end close activities
- Assists with the preparation of the Consolidated Financial Statements and month-end reporting packages
- Assists the Tax Director with various tax related initiatives
- Assists with the administration of and accounting for the Company’s equity compensation programs
- Will serve as one of the points of contact between corporate accounting, the various accounting teams throughout the Company
- Will serve as a point of contact for external and internal auditors
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting
- Public Accounting Experience
- An active CPA license and experience preparing financial statements for a publicly traded company
