Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Ohio, is seeking an Assistant
Controller to join their team.
- Present monthly financial results to the Controller, department heads, and corporate leadership.
- Lead month-end close processes within a one-week timeline and oversee day-to-day finance operations.
- Partner with department leaders to develop accurate financial forecasts.
- Review and approve journal entries while maintaining strong internal control procedures.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor departmental and cost variance accountability.
- Manage both external and internal audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Growing organization
- High level of C Suite exposure
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
