• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Assist with accounting and bookkeeping services for a variety of clients
• Prepare financial statements and related work papers
• Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Assist clients with day-to-day accounting questions and financial reporting
• Research tax and accounting issues as needed
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Associates degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns is a plus
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic tax principles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting and tax software is a plus
