• Manage core month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and prepaid schedules.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls as the company grows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, FP&A, and leadership to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

• Solid understanding of foundational accounting principles and close processes.
• Experience with journal entries, accruals, prepaids, intercompany activity, and payables workflows.
• Ability to work independently when needed while also thriving in a team environment.
• Self-starter mentality-driven, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or progress toward certification is a plus).
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
