Are you an experienced Property Accountant looking for a challenging role within a dynamic and progressive company? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Property Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Property Accountant, you will be tasked with:

• 1. Overseeing and conducting all aspects of property accounting, including CAM reconciliations, Yardi, and fund accounting.
• 2. Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• 3. Coordinating with property management teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of property-level financial data.
• 4. Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
• 5. Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
• 6. Collaborating with the accounting team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• 7. Providing support during external audits and tax preparation.
• 8. Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned.

To be considered for the Senior Property Accountant role, you must have:

• 1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in property accounting, with a focus on CAM reconciliations, Yardi, and fund accounting.
• 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• 7. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• 8. The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• 9. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they arise.
• 10. Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
• 11. CPA certification is preferred but not required.
